Cancellation Policy

1:1 Business Coaching – 10-Session Package Policy 1. Package Validity The 10-session package is valid for one year from the date the first session is booked. All 10 sessions must be used within this period; unused sessions will expire at the end of the year. 2. Booking and Scheduling Sessions can be scheduled virtually or in person (see Section 4 for face-to-face travel considerations). Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times. 3. Cancellation Policy Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time without penalty. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged at the full session rate. For sessions involving travel booked with prior agreement, every effort will be made to rebook or refund travel costs in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. Where this is not possible, the costs will be passed on to the client. If & Beyond Insights needs to cancel a session, a full refund for the session will be provided, and any additional travel costs already incurred will be covered by & Beyond Insights. 4. Face-to-Face Meetings and Travel Costs Face-to-face sessions are available on request. Travel outside the London area will be charged to the client at cost. 5.
