Service Description
A one-hour introductory conversation designed specifically for clients seeking Technical or Management Consultancy support. This session provides a space to discuss your business needs, challenges, and objectives in detail. The goal is to gain a clear understanding of your requirements so that a tailored proposal for consultancy services can be developed to meet your organisation’s specific needs. This consultation is not suitable for 1:1 business coaching. If you are seeking coaching support for yourself as an individual, please book the Free Initial Consultation (30 minutes) instead. All discussions are treated as strictly confidential.
Cancellation Policy
Technical and Business Consultancy 1. Booking and Scheduling Sessions can be scheduled virtually or in person (see Section 3 for face-to-face travel considerations). Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times. 2. Cancellation Policy Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time without penalty. For sessions involving travel booked with prior agreement, every effort will be made to rebook or refund travel costs in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. Where this is not possible, the costs will be passed on to the client. If & Beyond Insights needs to cancel a session, a full refund for the session will be provided, and any travel costs already incurred will be covered by & Beyond Insights. 4. Face-to-Face Meetings and Travel Costs Face-to-face sessions are available on request. Travel outside the United Kingdom will be charged to the client with prior agreement and at cost. 5.
